Melissa has been observing and capturing life’s moments from a very young age; first through writing and then photography. After earning a master’s degree in journalism, Melissa began her career as a content producer for Boston.com, the Boston Globe’s website. While working there, she fell in love with photography, her life’s passion.
When capturing weddings, Melissa strives to capture the emotion and beauty of the day. Unique angles, lighting, and style are hallmarks of Melissa’s wedding photography.
Melissa’s work has been featured in many publications, including Style Me Pretty, The Knot Boston, Southern New England Weddings, Newport Wedding Magazine, Beantown Bride, and the Improper Bostonian.
Melissa teaches photography at Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts. Her studio is located at 547 High Street, Dedham, MA, in adorable Dedham Square.
